


Organic fennel - don't be afraid of something new (cooking tips below!) as a rule, the longer you cook it - the sweeter and milder it gets. Aniseedy in flavour, it's great for those who love the taste and those who just fancy mixing things up. AMAZING slow roasted.

Keep in the fridge, ideally wrapped up in plastic.
Cooking Tips:
You can eat it raw (especially the fronds if you're lucky enough to have those attached!) but for a more subltle flavour, take a peeler and remove a thin layer from the outside, slice into 1cm slices, and roast for 45-60 mins at 170deg. (Season first).
You can speed this up by simmering it for 3-5 minutes before to cook it a little beforehand.
