


Squash so soft and creamy, you can use it instead of mashed potato. Also known as the 'white acorn' squash these are a firm fave at Plentiful. We LOVE to have them with butter & black pepper.
Storage Tips
Keep in a cool, dark area. Keep away from sharp edges of crates - they may bruise over time. They should last 1-4 weeks.
Cooking tips
You can eat the skin! To cook, cut in half lengthways, scoop out any seeds, drizzle with olive oil & season. Roast on a baking sheet, face down for 30 minutes - or longer if necessary. It should be soft to scoop with a fork or spoon. To serve, scoop out and mix with a little butter. The skins are super tasty dipped into your fave condiment (or heck - more butter!)
