


Ah, the glorious British spud. Each week may vary. Marfonas are one of the most popular in the UK, for their versatility. They're a great masher, roaster and... chip-per(?) too. They don't disintegrate and the texture is spot on for pretty much everything. We get 'em from Suffolk normally - but we're pretty good at finding the best organic grown spuds as each selected organic farm starts their harvest.
