Storage Tips:
Keep wrapped in plastic in the fridge as standard, or to really have it last a long while - put the ends in a cup of water like a bouquet of flowers. You'll see it stay super firm for up to a couple of weeks.

Cooking tips:

• Steam for 5 minutes
• Boil for 2 minutes
• Stir fry until as tender as you like and turns a brigher green
• Roast in some olive oil & seasoning of your choice for 10-15 minutes until the ends start to crisp
• Chop & eat raw or dipped in your favourite sauces and condiments.
