British Rhubarb (Organic)

My grandpa's super easy and quick recipe is to:

• wash and dice the rhubarb into 1 inch pieces
• place in a pan with enough water so it's almost covered
• simmer for 10-20 minutes, your preference whether you like it soft or with a little crunch!
• add sugar to taste, and a little cinnamon if you fancy!
• serve with yoghurt, ice cream, or even make a crumble with butter, flour and or ground almonds.
