Organic Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour from Doves Farm, the award-winning family-owned British organic grower, miller and food producer. Suitable for home made yeasted loaves, sourdough, bread machines, pizza bases and profiteroles.
Ingredients: Flour (Wheat*, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Niacin), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

Mandatory fortification of flour
The UK Bread and Flour Regulations (1998) specify that four vitamins and minerals (calcium, iron, thiamine (Vitamin B1) and niacin (Vitamin B3)) must be added to all white and brown flour.
