About our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Organic, 500ml)
Organic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil - single variety Koroneiki olives from the Peloponnese. Cold extracted in local mills, and olives harvested by hand. Light green in colour and a fresh, mildly nutty and fruity aroma. SO good for you, and the people who make it too.
Note: In winter (when temperatures drop especially) you may very occasionally see some cloudiness in the oil - this is purely cold related and will clear again once it's in your toasty warm house. This does not affect the quality of the oil, even if cold for a fair while.
Best kept out of sunlight. We keep it at the back of the store, away from the window!
