Organic Fruit & Veg Box LARGE (3-4 People)

What's in it?
When building our veg boxes, we start with commonly eaten items, such as potatoes, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes (some most weeks) and then add in leafy greens, brassicas, fruits and seasonal delights. We don't go too wacky with our fruit and veg, but we do love sharing new things with you to try. Check out our tips and recipes pages for how tos!

Organic
All of our suppliers for our veg boxes are certified organic, most of which through the Soil Association or that country's equivalent. We believe in crops grown alongside and with nature, without chemical pesticides - as fresh and nutrient-dense as veg can possibly be.

Local, seasonal:
We aim to get as much of our fruit and veg from the UK as possible (especially Lancashire and Yorkshire) and allow you to taste the seasons as they arrive. 
In winter and spring we do use our neighbouring countries in Europe to brighten our boxes, but we never use air freight and prioritise British farmers first.

Packaging:
We only sell items in plastic packaging where absolutely necessary for your fruit and veg to stay fresh. You are more than welcome to return these to us to use again where we can in store.

Swaps:
You are welcome to make 3 swaps in the large box, some of which may add a small charge if they are significantly more expensive. You have until Monday 11pm to do this (for an organic veg box delivered that week).
