Ingredients (click any links to buy ingredient):

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1-2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 full bag of organic kale
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (sold in store)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Half or 1chilli, chopped
  • Optional: Sesame Seeds (sold in store)


Directions:

  1. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for a few seconds until fragrant. Don't let it burn!
  2. Add the kale to the pan and toss it around to coat it in the spicy garlicky oil.
  3. Pour 100ml of boiling water over the kale and continue cooking for approximately 7 minutes, or until the kale has wilted and is cooked through, and the water has evaporated.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and heat the mixture through.
  5. Your delicious British vegan garlic kale stir-fry is now ready to serve. Add some sesame seeds to really step it up a notch.
