This is my favourite way to satisfy an evening chocolate or sweet craving, without feeling a hefty sugar spike and dip afterwards. It has SO few ingredients, it's easier than nipping to the local shop for an unplanned bar of chocolate too! If you follow a way of eating where you want to be kind to your gut, embrace healthy fats and reduce sugar spikes - this one will be right up your street.

Ingredients
1 Avocado
4 Tbsp Cacao/Plain Cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (or more to taste)
Splash of milk or non dairy milk
To Serve: cacao nibs (optional)

Method
Add all ingredients (avocado, honey, cocoa powder, milk) to a blender and whiz up until smooth and lumps have disappeared. If you find it's too thick to blend, add another splash of milk. (I'm known to give the blender a little shake - but we probably shouldn't recommend that).

Serve into little cups or bowls (it's very rich!) and top with cacao nibs.
