The ultimate comfort food - except healthier AND more exciting!

Ingredients
Pre prepped bolognese (veggie or meat)
1 x Spaghetti Squash
Olive Oil
Seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180deg
  2. Halve your spaghetti squash lengthways. If it's a bit tricky, roll, the squash back and forth under the knife blade and it'll cur straight through.
  3. Scoop out the seeds
  4. Drizzle a little oil on both sides of the squash, and season well
  5. Grab a baking tray, place both halves of the squash face down, and place in oven
  6. Let cook for 40 minutes, or until soft and pulls apart with a fork
  7. Either pull apart all the squash and serve as a side - or for a really fun meal, pull it apart but keep the squash in its skin. Add the bolognese (and heaps of parmesan!) and you're good to go.
